Ingredients
Karamani, wash and soak overnight
1/4 cup
White pumpkin, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup
Coconut, grated (for milk)
1/2 part
Green Chilli
2
Few Curry Leaves
Coconut Oil
1 tsp
Salt

To prepare coconut milk click here.
Olan
- Cook the Karamani in pressure cooker for 4 whistles.
- Boil the water in the pot.
- Add pumpkin to it.
- Add second milk with green chillies.
- Cook till pumpkin becomes soft (pumpkin looks glossy).
- Add the cooked Karamani along with first milk.
- Add salt.
- Add coconut oil and curry leaves.
Note: If you want pumpkin to be mushy, cook for some more times.
